
Intended to offer a closer look at the relationship between growing and preserving foods, Preserve classes will be held in the wild.
Conducted in a working urban “farm” in Northeast Portland, classes are available on both days and evenings throughout the week. Please check out description of classes, dates and times to see what is appropriate for you. A separate registration form is available for downloading. Reservation will be made as received. Classes size is limited to 8 students.
